Disconnect the ClassiPress search block from header menu

Tested on WordPress 3.6.1  &  ClassiPress Version: 3.3.1

If you are one of those who don’t like the ClassiPress search block to be connected to the main menu, you can find here an easy solution, just using css.

disconnect-searchblockOpen your child theme style.css and add this code to the bottom:

That’s it! Check your frontend.

    Hi,

Can you tell me what code I need to put into my header page for the entire search to work? Basically, I just want to move the default classipress search next to the logo?

I don’t know the exact code to do it, although, I did check in the searchbar.php file and copied that into the header, but it seems something else is missing because the categories for the search bar does not work, it says uncategorized, instead of showing the default category, misc.

    Please advise.
    Brian
